This self-paced module, Key Vedic Principles, is designed to introduce participants to the foundational teachings of the Vedic tradition. Through a carefully structured series of sessions, learners will gain a deeper understanding of the comprehensive nature of Purna Health and how these ancient principles can be applied to develop and maintain complete well-being in modern life. The program explores the origins and significance of Sanskrit, the language of the Vedas, and delves into the purpose of life as outlined in Vedic philosophy. Participants will examine the importance of self-responsibility and discipline, the concept of Maya (illusion), and the ethical foundations of Yamas and Niyamas, which guide moral and personal conduct. The course also emphasizes self-care as a daily practice, introduces the chakra system as a framework for holistic health, and explains the maintenance of Prana, or life force, as essential for vitality. Further sessions provide insight into the laws of Karma, the meaning of Dharma (righteous duty), and the paths of Bhakti (devotion) and Jnana (knowledge). By the end of this program, participants will have a well-rounded understanding of Vedic wisdom and practical tools to integrate these teachings into their daily lives, supporting their journey toward lasting health, balance, and fulfillment.
